Garden Noodles
Here we bring you one more healthy but easy recipe - Garden Noodles, that are not only yum but quick to make and has all the wholesome goodness.
Noodles that you can serve to anyone in family - be it kids, or aged - everyone would love this.

Ingredients
- 300 grams Whole Wheat Noodles preferably organic
- 2 cup Onion slices roughly chopped
- 1 cup Cabbage thinly sliced
- 1 cup Carrot thinly sliced
- 1 cup Button Mushrooms roughly chopped
- 1 cup Green Capsicum roughly chopped
- 1 cup Green Spinach
- 5 pcs Mint Leaves
- 1 tbs Flaxseed Oil preferably organic and cold pressed
- Rock Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil the noodles in a wide pan and drain water, and keep it aside while we prepare the vegetables. Tip: Add a pinch of oil to the water to keep the noodles from sticking together
- Chop Onions, Capsicum, and Mushrooms to small pieces
- Thinly slice the Cabbage and Carrot
- Roughly chop the Spinach and Mint leaves
- Make a fine paste in a mixer, and keep it aside Tip: Do not add extra water as mint and spinach leave have sufficient water to make paste
- Add Flaxseed oil to a deep pan, and cook Onions until light brown on medium flame
- ...and add all vegetables, and mix well, cook for 2 minutes on medium flame
- Add boiled noodles and mix well, and add Spinach-Mint paste. Mix well, cook for 1 minute on low flame, and Yum Garden Noodles are ready. Serve hot with sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
