Chickpea Chaat Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Chickpeas soaked overnight
  • 1 cup Cucumber chopped
  • 1 cup Tomato chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onions chopped
  • Coriander Leaves to garnish
  • Green Chilli to taste
  • Dry Mango Powder to taste
  • Tamarind Chutney to taste
  • Green Chutney made with coriander and mint (to taste)
  • Rock Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Boil/Steam chickpeas
  • Take chickpeas in a bowl
  • Add all vegetable and mix well.
  • Add chutneys and all spices.
  • Garnish with coriander and serve.

Notes

Tip: You can add more seasonal and raw vegetables of your choice like bell pepper, lettuce, spinach etc. to make it more nutritious.
