Chickpea Chaat Recipe
Servings 1 people
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Chickpeas soaked overnight
- 1 cup Cucumber chopped
- 1 cup Tomato chopped
- 1/2 cup Onions chopped
- Coriander Leaves to garnish
- Green Chilli to taste
- Dry Mango Powder to taste
- Tamarind Chutney to taste
- Green Chutney made with coriander and mint (to taste)
- Rock Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil/Steam chickpeas
- Take chickpeas in a bowl
- Add all vegetable and mix well.
- Add chutneys and all spices.
- Garnish with coriander and serve.
Notes
Tip: You can add more seasonal and raw vegetables of your choice like bell pepper, lettuce, spinach etc. to make it more nutritious.
