Oil Free Pakoras
No need to compromise on your health as well as taste. You can have these oil free pakoras as much as you want.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Green Peas
- 1 Cup Potato cubes Unpeeled
- 1/2-1 Cup Onion slices
- 1 Cup Gram Flour (Besan)
- Spices (to your taste and choice) Salt, Red chili powder, Turmeric powder, Coriander (whole/powdered), Dry Mango powder etc
- water to make thick blend
Instructions
- Take a big mixing bowl and add peas, potato cubes and onion slices.
- Add gram flour with all the spices of your choice.
- Mix well with water to make thick and sticky blend.
- Boil water in a steamer.
- Make balls of the mixture and put in the steamer. Steam till the pakoras are ready.
- Put all the steamed pakoras in a pan and roast.
- Serve with Green Chutney or Tamarind Date chutney.
- Enjoy with Tea.
Notes
- You can use any seasonal vegetables of your choice.
- Use organic vegetables.
- You can use oven also to roast the steamed pakoras.
