Nutty Milk Shake

Ingredients
- 1 pc Banana
- 2-3 pcs Dates deseeded
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1 pinch Cinnamon powder
Instructions
- Chop banana and dates
- Blend banana and dates with almond milk till the mixture is smooth.
- Serve n enjoy!!
Notes
I used Medjool dates, that are the best dates you can get, they are sweet, soft and easy to blend. Medjool dates are beneficial for your heart and digestion too!
