I love using unsweetened dates in my nut milk shakes and sweet desserts. Dates are found in many varieties, I like many of these but specially this one. Dates will satisfy your sweet tooth and will also provide energy. Apart from these there are couple of reasons to add Medjoul Dates (My fav one) to your diet.
